The Solheim cup is the most prestigious golf event in the Ladies golf calendar. Played between Europe and the USA every 2 years, and this time at Killeen Castle in County Meath, the Solheim cup is a great sporting event that can attract upwards of 15,000 spectators, guests and visitors daily.
For the Solheim Cup, John Coughlan Catering will be offering exquisite catering from several well positioned marquees located in prime and convenient positions on the course. The prime location houses the Sit’n’sip Restaurant and the Tapas Restaurant, ideally located, in front of the imposing castle building.Tapas Restaurant
For a gourmet treat, try the unique Tapas Restaurant, Serving a wonderful array of food to share with an Irish twist to this favorite by including some excellent Irish Salmon and specialty dishes to accompany the traditional Spanish tapas fayre. For a group of 4 or 6 our recommendation is to try the “Tapas Tower” a sumptuous blend of all the best tapas items served with accompanying home baked breads and fresh garden salads.

Gourmet, home made delicious pastries and perfectly filled sandwiches. With all breads and pastries baked on the premises you will be delighted with the home cooked tastes. Accompanied by fine “bean to cup coffees” served by our trained baristas.
